چکیده
This research aims to evaluate the empowerment program for coffee farmers through CIPP model find out how far efforts are implemented and benefits felt, especially in Muncar Village, Gemawang District, Temanggung Regency. study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with Creswell of data analysis method. Evaluation farmer is carried comprehensively from upstream downstream, starting cultivation, post-harvest, marketing processes. The results showed that Village was collaboration stakeholders. Overall, has improved welfare so there an increase economic source family income. Keywords: Farmer Empowerment; Program Evaluation; Village; Model
